Battlefields of  Northern France and Belgium

This itinerary combines the two major British theatres of World War I (the Somme and Ypres) with visits to sites connected to the Battle of Normandy.

This tour  was designed for an Australian group, but it can be easily adapted to be more suitable for other nationalities. For example, an American group may well wish to visit sites connected with Operation Market Garden (Arnhem), the Battle of the Bulge or the Argonne Forest (WWI). All or any of these can be included. The difficult part will probably be deciding what to leave out.
