The Same Contact Throughout

     Traditionally, most tour operators have their sales office in the US and their tour operations department in Europe. This sounds great, but the result is that you deal with one office up to the day you book and then, just when you feel that you have built up a working relationship, you have to start again with another person in Europe.

     We feel that with the advent of e-mail and inexpensive trans-Atlantic call rates, this approach is anachronistic. With Richardson and Gray, you will deal with the same person from the time you make your initial enquiry until your tour ends.

     We normally communicate by e-mail but, if on occasion you prefer to have a telephone conversation, please feel free to call us and we will call you back immediately.

     The directors of Richardson and Gray also make regular trips to the US and will be pleased to visit you for a meeting and/or offer a presentation to the group and/or their parents.
