Spain

Culturally, Spain is a wonderful mix of influences. The mind-boggling craftsmanship and splendour of the Moorish Mezquita at Cordoba and the Alhambra at Granada, the Jewish heritage in Toledo, the magnificence of El Escorial from Spain's Golden Age and images evoked of the Spanish Cilvil War from a visit to the Valle de los Caidos - all combine to create a tour that stimulates the imagination throughout.

Typically a 10 day tour would start and finish in Madrid, taking in some or all of Toledo,  El Escorial, Valle de los Caidos, Salamanca, Segovia, Seville, Cordoba and Granada in a big circular route. A longer tour would be likely to include some time in Barcelona or Northern Spain.
