An English Interlude This tour allows you to perform in a selection of venues in southern and central England as well as London and to combine your concerts with visiting some of the more famous sights England has to offer. Travelling is kept down to a minimum which, obviously, gives you more time in the places of interest. Day 1 IN FLIGHT Depart USA en route for England
Day 2 ARRIVE IN ENGLAND – SALISBURY (3 NIGHTS)
Day 3 SALISBURY – PORTSMOUTH Salisbury Cathedral Roof Tour, Portsmouth (D-Day Museum or Mary Rose) Possible concert in Salisbury Cathedral
Day 4 BATH AND GLASTONBURY Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Glastonbury Abbey Possible concert in Bath Abbey, the Pump Rooms or perhaps an informal concert in the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey
Day 5 SALISBURY – OXFORD – STRATFORD (2 NIGHTS) Walking tour of Oxford including Christ Church College, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage
Day 6 STRATFORD Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Holy Trinity Church Possible concert in Holy Trinity Church Theatre tickets for the Royal Shakespeare Theatre available in Stratford this evening.
Day 7 STRATFORD – COVENTRY – WARWICK - LONDON (3 NIGHTS) Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Possible concert in Coventry Cathedral
Day 8 LONDON Westminster Abbey, Thames Cruise, Tower of London
Day 9 LONDON Sightseeing in London to suit your group. Perhaps the British Museum, the National Gallery or the British Library or maybe a trip on the London Eye.. Possible concert in St.Paul’s Cathedral
Day 10 DEPARTURE Transfer to airport for flight back to the USA
