Choral Catalonia

This is a suggested rough itinerary for an adult choir from the U.K. that wanted a five day/four night trip, combining performances in beautiful ecclesiastical venues with a base in a vibrant, historic city.

Our initial thoughts for this proposal would be to enquire about concerts at the Chapel at the Monastery of Montserrat, the Capella Reial de Sant Agata in Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, the Reial Monestir de Santes Creus near Tarragona and the Convent dels Angels in Barcelona. From our initial conversation, we would also make enquiries about finding a smaller venue with a more personal welcome from the congregation.

Admission to sights in bold are included in the tour price. Additional sights will probably be added as the requirements of the concert programme becomes known.

This is a suggested itinerary to provoke discussion. Please ask us to make any amendments that you wish so that we end up offering you a tour to exactly fit your group’s needs.

Concerts: As you can probably imagine, we cannot book concerts immediately a group makes a tentative enquiry. However, as the tentative enquiry gradually metamorphoses into a firm booking, we will be working with the group leader to make the concert venues firm. We pride ourselves particularly on our ability to provide the best venues for our groups’ performances and we will normally have them confirmed by the time you part with your deposits.
