A Choral Adventure in Wales Wales is the home of the male voice choir tradition. Make a journey to the "Land of Song" and your choir will not only visit some of the most interesting sights in Wales, but will also have the opportunity to perform in wonderful venues and with Welsh choirs.

Day 1 DEPARTURE Depart US on your flight to Manchester. Day 2 ARRIVE MANCHESTER - CHESTER (1 night) Sightseeing of Chester (Chester Rows, Bishop Lloyd’s House, Apprentice House). Possible lunchtime recital in Chester Cathedral Day 3 CHESTER - LLANGOLLEN - ABERYSTWYTH (2 nights) Drive to Aberystwyth with en route visit to Llangollen Day 4 ABERYSTWYTH Sightseeing of Aberystwyth including the Promenade, Constitution Hill (on the electric Cliff Railway) to see the ‘camera obscura’,Aberystwyth Castle and entrance to the Ceredigion Museum Possible concert at The Theological College or Aberystwyth University Day 5 ABERYSTWYTH - ABERAERON - CARDIGAN - FISHGUARD (2 nights) Drive to Fishguard with en route sightseeing of Aberaeron (the harbour with its rows of brightly painted Georgian houses) and Cardigan (St Dogmael’s Abbey) Day 6 ST. DAVID'S Full day excursion to St Davids with sightseeing of the Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace Possible recital in St Davids Cathedral Day 7 FISHGUARD - TENBY (2 nights) Drive to Tenby Afternoon sightseeing of Tenby including the Five Arches and the Tudor Merchant’s House. Evening meal in a partly medieval restaurant next to the Tudor Merchant’s House Day 8 CALDEY ISLAND Excursion by boat to Caldey Island, home of a perfume-making monastic community Possible concert in the monastery or a church local to Tenby. Day 9 TENBY - LLANELLI - GOWER PENINSULA - SWANSEA (2 nights) Drive to Swansea with en route sightseeing of Llanelli and the Gower Peninsula. Day 10 SWANSEA Sightseeing of Swansea to include the Maritime Quarter, the Dylan Thomas Centre and the Guildhall Possible concert in St Mary’s Church. Day 11 SWANSEA - BRECON BEACONS OR RHONDDA VALLEY - CARDIFF (2 nights) Drive to Cardiff with en route sightseeing of the Brecon Beacons or the Rhondda Valley Day 12 CARDIFF Morning sightseeing tour of Cardiff to include entrance to Cardiff Castle. Evening Medieval Banquet at Cardiff Castle Possible concert at the Norwegian Church or Llandaff Cathedral Day 13 DEPARTURE FROM MANCHESTER Depart for Manchester and return to the US.
